Hi again!  Here is your second FREE video about empathy. This one is super helpful since it has the Grounding Meditation that is one of the most important foundations of learning how to manage and master your sensitivity.


It’s a short and easy guided meditation, its only six minutes!  That six minutes if you do it everyday will begin to make a HUGE difference in your ability to ground yourself, clear your energy field from other people’s emotions (and yours too) and help you create a stronger boundary between you and the world.


This meditation takes practice, you need to do it everyday for about a month to really change your energy habits. First thing in the morning or right before bed are perfect, but, please don’t do it while you are driving!
