I have to share something with you that still has me pinching myself…
I just had the most incredible conversation with one of my absolute favorite spiritual teachers, Suzanne Giesemann, on The Awakened Way Podcast!
And yes, I’ll admit it – I was quietly fangirling the entire time.
If you don’t know Suzanne, she’s truly extraordinary. A former Navy Commander who served as aide to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, she’s now recognized as one of the 100 Most Spiritually Influential Living People. But what struck me most when I met her at a recent conference was how humble and joyful she is, despite being surrounded by admirers constantly.
In fact, that’s how our connection began. I noticed she was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the energy around her (sound familiar to any empaths reading this?), so I gave her a copy of my book “Energy Healing for Empaths.” She loved it, and it sparked the beautiful conversations we’ve been having ever since.
