So grateful today. Grateful for my life, for each breath I take. For the beauty of another sunrise, another day, all bright and shiny- a lovely blank slate on which to create.
I am so grateful for the support of my friends and family- for help received when I need it. Help is there for the asking and offered before I even ask. Blessed are those who are supported in life by a loving tribe.
Unendingly grateful for the beauty of our planet and for summer! I love the feeling of the sun on my skin after a long winter. The sea, the beach and birdsong. Layers of stress come sliding off effortlessly when I am at the beach.
Heartfelt gratitude that I am able to do the work I love and help people along the way. And that the love that I put out in the world comes back to me ten-fold.
Deep gratitude for the ever-expanding circle of people that I know, each one of them helping me along my path so that I can fulfil my life purpose here. Becoming an author is like being plugged into the coolest group of people you can image, each of them reaching down the ladder and hauling me up another rung.
There is great pleasure to be had in the day to day life of we pay attention to it. I am very grateful for the fun and sweet moments of life. May they always outnumber the difficult ones!
In this moment, I am perfectly fulfilled. Filled back up.
