Feeling a lot of joy today. No reason, really. Just am in that heart opened, optimistic, in the moment place. My garden is beautiful, my work is meaningful and makes me happy. Loved ones are all present and accounted for and for the most part well and happy.
Plus, it’s summer and there are strawberries.
And there are humming birds in my flowers.
I can feel the chaos rise and ebb around me (same as it ever was…) and yet there is also so much beauty and love too. Today I am choosing to concentrate on that. I am looking into the light instead of the shadows. Choosing to believe and trust that all will right in the end, and that even though change is upon us, that all will be well.
