Hillary is the current President of the Bethlehem Art Association , a member of the Schenectady Photographic Society, Southern Saratoga Artist Society, The Arts Center of the Capital Region, Upstate Artists Guild. As an award winning photographer, Hillary shares her gifted eye in her show collections and is a sought after participant in local and national collaborations.
As founder of Love, Breathe for Earth Hillary organized 13 global meditations between 2014 – 2017 that encouraged participants to explore their relationships with nature, human love and meditation. Her work over those years was expressed through The Grids collection and her popular Gods of Nature collection. While traveling the world photographing nature in Ireland, Peru, Egypt, United Kingdom, France, Southwestern United States, British Colombia, Upstate New York her images have won awards and inspired many hearts internationally.
In 2013, Hillary photographed the mysterious Voynich Manuscript at Yale University, an experience that changed her life. In 2017 Hillary photographed the Masterpieces of the Earth collection owned by Richard Berger, the largest to scale mineral collection in the world. Hillary has studied acrylics with Samson Comtompasis, oils with Louisiana based artist Stacy Lafleur and upstate New York’s award winning landscape oiliest Karen Woodin, watercolor with the award winning Kevin Kuhne, Sally Gaucheron in France and will be studying with Norwegian Internationally known artist Katrina Vrebalovich in 2019.
