Which is totally awesome! And…. It really put me through the wringer too. Whenever I level up and go through an expansion phase in any area of my life, I also get another level of my unresolved issues stirred up (and put directly in my face…) so I can deal with them.
This one was a doozy because it was a big level up. I had to deal with a new round of anxiety, feeling unsure that I was worthy of all this success and feeling super uncomfy as I also had to step into a new bunch of skills that I haven’t mastered yet. Everything felt new and scary, crunchy and super uncomfortable. My nervous system was jacked.
I had a few dark moments of thinking this would be a dandy time to retire or shrink into a smaller, more comfortable container and go backwards….
And… I am super proud of myself for doing the inner work, and getting a really good support team around me to help me do all the inner emotional and mindset work to adapt to this new level.
I have done this often enough now that I know the drill and I know it works. If I hang in there, and lean in and do the work, I will have a massive internal breakthrough where I feel even more joy and life force energy then I did before. I can step into this new space and adapt, learn, grow and evolve.
The breakdown is always followed by the break though. And what used to seem like a Mt. Everest level challenge is now my new normal and onwards and upwards we go! Wheeee!
I worked on expanding my energetic container to hold more clients, students, classes, income without triggering my nervous system into fight/flight. And now it feels good, smooth, joyful and of course is this where I am and should be!

And I am 100% sure that it is almost impossible to do this on your own. At least I can’t. I need that support, that hand holding, the compassionate understanding of my inner landscape and also a new set of eyes helping me see my potential when I can’t. I just don’t know what I don’t know yet. Until I do…
