Today I was stunned by the beauty of the human spirit, as I often am. I had an intense bunch of client sessions and I never cease to be amazed by the strength and beauty of the human spirit.
We have such a capacity to rise above pain and trauma. And better yet, to let it open us, to allow life to soften us up and ripen us.
In the face of catastrophe and calamity we somehow manage to bloom – ordinary people in the midsts of extraordinary experiences.
What a spirit we have, us humans! Buddhas in the making, all of us.
